We have four unique purpose built holiday rentals. Each one has been lovingly designed with comfort, family and relaxation in mind. 

All of our properties are on the same site so perfect for family groups who want to holiday together whilst still having their own space.

At the heart of Lowenna is a stunning open plan living space, seamlessly combining relaxation and dining with a fully equipped kitchen. A separate utility room housing the dishwasher and washing machine ensures a peaceful quiet area in the main living space.

A spacious family bathroom with bath and shower completes the interior.

Step outside onto the private decking where a comfortable ding table provides the perfect space for breakfast in the sun, informal lunches and relaxed evening dining with drinks. Beside the decking is off road parking for two cars.

For guests travelling with pets the outside area has a small strip of grass, providing a safe outdoor space for your dog to enjoy.

Full of character and timeless charm, this delightful Victorian end terraced cottage offers a warm and inviting retreat with plenty of space for families, couples, or friends. Demelza has lots of character beautifully blending period charm with modern comfort, its the perfect home-from-home stay.

the property features two comfortable bedrooms. A double room with king size bed and a bright and airy twin room. A stylish family bathroom completes the upstairs area.

downstairs you will find a generous living space designed for both relaxation and togetherness. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, creating the perfect setting for family meals, leisurely breakfasts or dining with friends. just off the kitchen is the snug room. This small lounge is perfect quiet corner for enjoying a morning coffee,  reading a book or playing a game.

The separate tv lounge can be closed off from the main house. A perfect space for family stays, giving children their own space to enjoy a film whilst adults  can relax in the kitchen. There is a downstairs toilet with washing machine off of the television lounge. 

Step outside into a small outside courtyard. This charming outside space is perfect for your morning coffee or evening drink. there is a bench out the front of the property for guests to enjoy evening sunshine whilst watching the world go by.

The property benefits from off road parking for one car. 

with its unique, quirky, character and practical layout Demelza cottage is a wonderful space for a relaxing getaway.

Our shepherds hut tucked away at the end of the garden is designed for a relaxing stay. Tressa sleeps two in a comfortable double bed, plus a small kitchen with an EverHot oven and small breakfast bar. 

Outside enjoy a secluded private garden that is secure for dogs. As well as a small area of grass there is a sheltered seating are for ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink after spending the day on the beach. Tressa is located at the end of our property with parking for one car.

 The beautifully built Fygy Cabin is new addition to the family. located next to Lowenna the cabin has been purpose built for the perfect relaxing getaway in the heart of St Merryn.

Decorated with relaxation in mind Fygy Cabin is a bit bigger than Tressa, boasting a bigger kitchen space and a full size fridge, whilst still providing plenty of space to hang and store clothes. 

There is a comfortable double bed and ensuite shower room. 

The real asset to Fygy Cabin is the private decked area. Step outside and the decking is a spacious place to relax with a comfy sofa and small table. This enjoys morning sun whilst providing a cozy area to sit and enjoy a glass or two at the end of a busy day. This is the perfect retreat for individuals, couples or as an extension to our other properties. 

There is a small area of garden and the entire cabin has a small fence and gate for your dogs safety.
