A little about us...
Tom, Andrea, Bertie and Abby dog are the family behind Trevorgus Holidays.
Having successfully run Coastal Coffee on Constantine Bay and Coastal Cafe on Treyarnon Bay for the past 15 years we decided it was now the right time for a new challenge.
We bought number 1 Trevorgus Cottages in 2018 and have been working hard ever since to transform the site into luxury accomodation in the heart of St Merryn.
Lowenna
Completed in 2019 Lowenna is a high spec’ new build within walking distance to the center of St Merryn. Newly completed in November 2019 the bungalow has been completed to a very high standard with all modern amenities including smart televisions in all rooms and WiFi throughout. The bungalow has been decorated in neutral colours and is light and airy whilst still cosy. The entire place has been furnished with all new furniture including all bed linen and towels.
The open plan living area has a beautiful vaulted ceiling and oak floors. There is a full working kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and freezer.
The main bathroom has a bath as well as a large shower.
Both bedrooms have been carpeted for extra comfort ( no dogs in bedrooms please to help us keep things as clean as possible)
The main bedroom is a large open space with a sofa bed. Perfect for families with young children who prefer to be in the same room. The bedroom is bright and airy, a lovely place to relax and offers another area to read/watch tv if needed.
From the main living area we have patio doors that open onto a secure and private decked area. Perfect for a morning breakfast or glass of something bubbly of an evening. There is a tiny grassed area for your dogs needs. Guests can park off road right next to the property.
There is a communal grass area for dog exercising/barbecuing.
Lowenna has a couple of steps up to the front door but is otherwise all on one level.
Demelza
In contrast to Lowenna Demelza is an end terraced period property. Built around 1907 the property has had numerous extensions and additions over the years. When we first bought Demelza the space was very dated, damp and in desperate need of modernizing.
Work has now started to bring Demelza up to the same high standard as Lowenna.

The 7 Bays and the surrounding area
St Merryn is a thriving village with a good selection of restaurants, wine bars, pubs and cafes. We have a convenience store, paper shop, petrol station and surf shop. Everything you need is within walking distance and the 7 beautiful bays: Porthcothan, Treyarnon, Constantine, Boobys, Mother Iveys, Harlyn and Trevone are only a short drive away.
We also have Padstow with all it has to offer a short 10 minute drive away.
